Free digest to paid daily or one-off memos
How BidFit works
Start with the free weekly tender digest. Upgrade to £19/month for daily matches. When a notice is worth a memo, buy £9.99 (public notice) or £29.99 (full pack). BidFit does not write bids.
1. Free weekly digest
Sign up with your email and four quick filters: your trade, region, typical contract value, and any hard nos. Each week we send up to three UK tender matches from Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. Magic-link signup — no card needed. See free digest or prices for detail.
2. Daily digest at £19/month
Same matching, every working day. Stripe checkout. Cancel by email before the next bill. Each match in your daily email links to the £9.99 memo option if you want a sourced bid/no-bid on that notice. Digest subscribers receive matches only — the £9.99 and £29.99 memos are separate purchases.
3. One-off memos
Two prices depending on what you send:
- £9.99 public-notice memo — paste a Contracts Finder or Find a Tender URL, answer four profile questions, receive a PDF and spreadsheet in 24 hours. Gates that need the pack are marked Unknown.
- £29.99 full-pack memo — forward the ITT/SQ pack, and we fill pass/fail from published requirements. Same 24-hour clock from pack receipt. Still not a written bid.
How a memo is made
You send a notice URL
A Contracts Finder or Find a Tender link is enough to start the £9.99 public-notice memo. We pull the live HTML notice and the published JSON. We do not scrape personal inboxes, and personal contact names on notices are redacted in the memo.
If you want gates filled — insurance, turnover, accreditations, TUPE, scoring — forward the ITT pack and buy the £29.99 product. We still will not write the bid.
Four profile facts
Without these the score is a generic reading of the notice, not a fit to you:
- Trade — what you actually do (window cleaning is not building cleaning; LV boards are not emergency lighting).
- Geography you can cover — depots, travel-to-work, any hard radius.
- Size / turnover band — so we can flag a published turnover gate. If you prefer not to state a figure, we leave it and mark the gate Unknown or “check against your accounts”.
- Hard no’s — nights, TUPE, live hospitals, working at height, DBS, frameworks you are not on.
The order form collects those four lines with the URL. Email hello@bidfit.co.uk remains available.
What we research
- The live notice and API record (dates, CPV, SME flag, value, procedure, framework flag).
- Prior notices from the same buyer in the same CPV — including closed processes with empty award arrays.
- Published award notices: supplier name, award value as printed, Companies House snapshot of the winner (status, incorporated, SIC, registered office). Turnover is omitted unless it is on the overview page we cite.
- Buyer identity from their own site (NHS ODS, college governance, and so on).
- Legislation or HTM documents only where they are named on the notice, or clearly labelled as context rather than a published requirement.
We reuse public sector information under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
What you receive
PDF (8–12 pages) and one spreadsheet. See sample Go/No-go memos and the bid/no-bid decision guide for format. Typical contents:
- Cover facts with a source URL on every field
- Verdict in plain English and a 0–100 fit score
- Pass / fail / Unknown table against published requirements
- Incumbent / last award — or an explicit “not found in public award data”
- Traps tied to the notice text, not folklore
- What would flip Go to No-go, or the reverse
- A visible disclaimer: informational, not advice
Clock
24 hours from a complete brief (URL + four facts; plus the pack if you paid £29.99). Weekend delivery only if that 24-hour window falls on a Saturday or Sunday. If the public deadline is inside those 24 hours, we will say so immediately — see the St Helier worked example.
What this is not
- Not bid writing, ghost-writing, or a response to SQ questions.
- Not a tender search engine or an “AI matching” product.
- Not legal, CDM, or electrical-design advice.
- Not inside information from MultiQuote, a buyer portal, or an Authorised Person.
