Do you write bids?
No. We write the decision document. If the verdict is Go, you still need a bid writer — in-house or hired. We are not TenderVera, and we are not a consultancy day-rate.
Do you search tenders for us?
No search engine, no dashboard, no “AI match”. Free weekly and £19 daily digests email matching notices for the profile you gave us. You can also send a URL you found yourself.
How do I buy? Is there a phone number?
The order form raises a Stripe invoice. Email remains available: hello@bidfit.co.uk. There is no phone line and no “book a demo”.
Who is this for?
UK limited companies in facilities, cleaning, training and trades, typically looking at contracts in the £10k–£250k band. Sole traders may buy a memo; we do not cold-email them.
What if we do not send the ITT pack?
That is the £9.99 product. Anything that lives only in the pack — insurance limits, turnover multiples, TUPE, scoring weights — is marked Unknown. The Bedford sample is that product.
